Indonesia: Sewage in Jakarta
Sewage in Jakarta
Open Sewage
This sorted out my gratitude practice for a couple of months.
I used to be annoyed with litter on the pavements where I live. Now I walk down the pavements with the awareness of what's underneath, with a feeling of gratitude that there are no holes in the pavements. One of the most important lessons from my travels.
It was worth spending a couple of days in a place everyone was advising to skip.
They're working on it. I saw works on sewage in a few places.
